2. What are your minimum order quantities (MOQ)?
For export, our MOQ is typically 100 bags or 5 tons, depending on the product. Bulk container orders receive discounted pricing.
3. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. Brazah exports to over 15 countries in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. We handle both FOB and CIF shipments from Douala Port.
4. How can I get a price quote?

5. Are the pellets suitable for all stoves and boilers?
Yes. Our 6–8 mm ENplus® A1 wood pellets are compatible with all modern pellet stoves and industrial burners.

Each batch undergoes strict internal testing for moisture, ash content, and calorific value. Third-party inspection (SGS or BV) is available before shipment.
7. Can I request custom packaging?
Absolutely. Through our OEM & ODM programs, we can print your logo, adjust bag sizes, and even develop unique blends for your brand.
8. How long does delivery take?
Lead time is usually 15–25 days after deposit payment, depending on order volume and shipping schedule.
9. Do you provide marketing materials?
