Express Sample Program
We understand that seeing and testing a product builds confidence.
Brazah offers an Express Sample Program that allows new clients to test the quality of our ENplus® A1 Wood Pellets or Premium Charcoal before committing to large orders.
How It Works:
- Submit a sample request through our order form.
- Choose your preferred product and packaging size.
- Pay the courier and sample cost (deductible from your first bulk order).
- Receive your sample within 5–7 business days via DHL, FedEx, or UPS.
Each sample pack includes a technical data sheet, burn performance report, and packaging design preview.
Terms of Use
- Samples are provided solely for quality evaluation and not for resale.
- All sample costs are refundable when a full order is placed within 30 days.
- Clients must provide accurate delivery addresses and contact details.
- Customs fees (if any) are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Brazah reserves the right to modify sample programs based on region or availability.
This program ensures that every buyer, whether in Europe, the Middle East, or Africa, experiences the Brazah difference firsthand before full-scale purchasing.
