1. How an Order Works
At Brazah, we’ve simplified the entire ordering process to make it smooth, reliable, and transparent for every customer — whether you’re purchasing a small trial batch or placing a full container order. Our aim is to give you complete confidence from inquiry to delivery.
Step 1: Inquiry Submission
Your journey starts by sending us your inquiry through our Export Order Form. You can specify the product (Brazah Charcoal or Brazah Wood Pellets A1), desired quantity, packaging size, port of destination, and preferred Incoterm (FOB, CIF, EXW, etc.).
Once we receive your request, our sales team reviews it and contacts you within 24 hours to confirm details and discuss pricing options.
Step 2: Quotation & Documentation
We provide a customized quotation based on your order size, destination, and shipping method. This includes:
- Unit price per ton or per bag
- Shipping and insurance details (if applicable)
- Estimated delivery timeline
- Validity of the offer
After you approve the quotation, we issue a Proforma Invoice (PI) for payment processing and order confirmation.
Step 3: Production & Quality Assurance
Once your payment or L/C confirmation is received, production begins immediately.
All Brazah products — whether charcoal or ENplus® A1 wood pellets — go through strict quality control checks to ensure consistency in size, moisture content, calorific value, and ash levels.
Before shipping, each batch is tested, certified, and documented to meet European and international export standards.
Step 4: Packaging & Logistics
Our logistics department carefully manages packaging according to your requirements. Options include:
- 5kg to 25kg printed export bags
- Bulk packaging in 1-ton jumbo bags
- Customized private label packaging for OEM orders
We work with top freight partners to ensure timely and safe delivery to your destination port. Tracking information and shipping documents (Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, etc.) are shared promptly.
Step 5: Delivery & After-Sales Support
After your cargo is dispatched, our export team stays in touch until arrival.
We assist with customs documentation and coordinate with your freight forwarder for smooth clearance.
